Looking back on 2016.

You and your satisfaction are at the core of our work, this is what we have continued to strive for in 2016 with our fullest commitment every day.

In 2016 we were able to expand our company presence in Basel , Zürich and Zug by beginning the successful collaboration with our new regional and international network partners . This allows us to offer you customized cross-border solutions and to put international networks at the disposal of your employees.

Furthermore as of this year our Associate Partner Mr. Andrea Mutzner adds to our range of topic-oriented expert workshops. He has more than 10 years’ experience in Outplacement, Career Management and Mediation and holds a Master degree in natural and behavioural science.

In spring 2016 we enjoyed many lively discussions with the numerous visitors to our booth at the HR trade fair Personal Swiss in Zürich.

As in previous years we again refrain from publicizing detailed statistics in 2016, but we do want to highlight the following interesting aspects of our business year:

• we note that companies are increasingly terminating employment contracts with their staff aged 55+
  
• more than half of our clients in 2016 were from the senior and top management levels
• searching for a new job within one’s network remains a key factor for success, while using Social Media to the same effect becomes more and more important.  
  

Again this Christmas, as in the last years, we have made donations to the two charities personally known to us: Swiss Friends of Esitjeni (orphanage), Swaziland and Stiftung Kinderhilfe Sternschnuppe, Zürich.
