How to strengthen your resilience - evening event.

World class! We’re playing in the team of the best: ITSF World Cup 2017 Champion Cindy Kubiatowicz, FCB Sporting Director Marco Streller and host Stefan Käsermann of Raiffeisen Bank with Markus Schluchter on 23.10.17 at the «Joggeli» of FC Basel. The suspense in the hall is hard to beat, the World Champion is in possession of the ball. Team Streller / Käsermann brace themselves against the impending defeat with an incredible defence performance - and then the result: The Kubiatowicz / Schluchter team proves to be simply invincible, the local friendly match in table soccer ends with the score of 8:1.

How to deal with defeat in sports and business and how to strengthen personal resilience, was the actual main theme of the evening event, at which the Raiffeisen Bank welcomed numerous guests in the stadium of FC Basel.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein, HSG St. Gallen, highlighted the subject based on scientific research. Sporting Director Marco Streller gave insight into sports practice and Markus Schluchter introduced the key factors which allow people to deal with their situation better, when facing job loss. Conclusion: Everyone, even world champions need to strengthen their resilience in crisis situations, ideally accompanied by their personal coach.
