We welcome PhD chemist Holger Schimanke as our new Senior Consultant/Partner in the team in order to meet the growing demand for outplacement, career management and executive coaching services even better. Through the expansion of our team and of our locations, we are increasingly becoming the preferred partner for national and international companies now at our meanwhile three locations: Basel, Zürich and Zug. 

We are delighted that with Holger Schimanke on board we have a colleague at your disposal, who has extensive experience in leadership and consulting and longstanding business and industry practice. 

With his PhD in chemistry and many years of management responsibilities in three of the top 30 Swiss companies Holger has more than 15 years of experience in the chemical, medtech and machine construction industry. After senior positions in research, development and marketing he offers his communication and advisory skills, gained from self-employment as certified coach, as well as from his long-term responsibility for the financial and corporate communication of companies such as Clariant, Sonova or OC Oerlikon. Solution-oriented and open minded Holger Schimanke will be a very valuable partner for you.
