With a career spanning over 20 years and my own leadership experience in multinational companies in the Life Sciences and Professional Services sectors in Switzerland and London, UK.
For many years, I have coached and supported countless leaders — from early-career talent to my role as a sparring partner for senior executives at regional president and global corporate levels. I have had the privilege of gaining experience at top-tier companies such as KPMG, AMGEN, Smith & Nephew, Generali, and Siemens Healthineers.
Throughout my professional journey, I have held leadership responsibilities in Human Resources at both global and EMEA levels, leading teams and traveling extensively internationally. I was also fortunate to be seconded to London to work for a renowned Professional Services firm.
Since 2025, I bring my extensive experience as an international leader and Executive Coach to Schluchter, Licci & Partner AG as an Associate Partner in outplacement, career consulting, and coaching.
