Markus Schluchter

My Initial and further professional education were in business economy and IT-Business Management in Basel and Zürich with additional qualifications as EFQM-Assessor in Belgium and as Systemic Coach in Germany.

Eight years as Senior Executive and co-owner of an international IT-company were followed by 9 years as Management Consultant for Gsponer Group International, a Swiss-based international management consultancy. I supported large corporations and SME’s mainly in the services industry, in manufacturing and trade, finance and life sciences. The principal focus was on strategy-development and implementation, potential and change management, leadership development and optimizing sales. I gained profound insights into a wide scope of organisations and corporate cultures and learned what makes people and their organisations successful.

In 2007 I decided to concentrate more on the individual person. As managing executive of a Swiss national outplacement company I contributed to developing the enterprise while at the same time I successfully supported more than 450 personalities of all management levels in their professional reorientation either within an outplacement mandate or within executive coaching. Towards the end of 2013 I stepped into self-employment.

I very much enjoy the diversity of our clients which I am allowed to accompany, while at home my three almost teenage daughters make sure, that every single day is full of surprises, challenges and opportunities to learn.
