26 years of professional experience in the IT industry at Swiss and international companies such as Oracle, Hewlett Packard, and Siemens, focusing on document management and innovative mobile solutions in the financial sector. Due to restructuring, mergers, numerous management changes, and a job loss, I decided to leave this exciting world and work more for and with people. In 2008, I began my own business, focusing on burnout prevention activities, and gained valuable coaching experience through my first outplacement projects.For many years, I also gave application courses for professionals until 2019, when I began working as a 1to1 coach for highly qualified job seekers and executives up to C-level in the Canton of Zurich. I also completed further training with a Master's degree in Cognitive NeuroScience and became a certified Coach/Corporate Mentor with a Federal Diploma of Advanced Studies. I also offer workshops and coaching in leadership, entrepreneurship, and topics such as sleep, mental health, and resilience.
Since 2025, I contribute my many years of experience as a coach, trainer, and consultant to Schluchter, Licci & Partner AG as a Associate Partner in outplacement, career counseling, and coaching. I provide coaching and consulting services in German and English.
