In retrospect: Personal Swiss 2018.

«50+ job seekers - is taking a pay cut the short cut to a new job?”

The overwhelming interest in this subject more than exceeded our expectations. Our position, that taking a paycut will hardly increase the chance of obtaining a new job, found wide response and stimulated discussions and debate.
